3" diameter and 5' long Marine Boom with Hydrocarbon Solidifying Polymers

The Marine Boom can be used in any area where oily water is present such as in oil-water separators, retention or containment structures, and utility vaults or manholes. This device is appropriate for marine spills in water with or without currents. On land, the Marine Boom can be used to prevent hydrocarbons from entering storm drains. Hydrocarbons will not leach out of the Boom and it is reusable.  Once solidified, the hydrocarbon is bonded to the polymer at a molecular level and is not considered hazardous waste - ready to be disposed of in most landfills.
