3" x 25' Sheen Boom with Rope

Designed to collect sheen and hydrocarbons from the surface of water where there are issues with currents and/or wind. Constructed from a high tensile screen that allows hydrocarbons to enter into the boom and be solidified by Hydrocarbon Solidifying Polymers. Hydrocarbons will not leach out and the Sheen Boom is reusable.  When the hydrocarbon is solidified with the Hydrocarbon Solidifying Polymers in the boom, the hydrocarbon bonds at a molecular level with the polymer.  After solidification occurs, the boom can be disposed of in most landfills as non-hazardous waste.
